Information We Collect

Information you provide directly — When you request a quote, submit a form, or contact us, we collect what you provide: name, email address, phone number, vessel name and type, engine details, and any other information you choose to share, including drawings or photos sent by email.

Order and payment information — If you purchase parts through our online catalog, payment is processed by Snipcart and our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Automatically collected information — Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, typically through server logs or analytics tools.

• To process and fulfill parts orders
• To communicate with you about your order, project, or account
• To improve our Site and services
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

• Service providers — including Snipcart (cart and checkout), our payment processor, Supabase (form and quote-request storage), and email or communication tools, each of whom is only permitted to use your information to provide services to us
• Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of business assets

Data Retention

We retain quote requests, order records, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including recordkeeping for tax, warranty, and legal purposes.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs. To make a request, email info@mmxhaust.com or call 954-463-4650.
