Custom Fabrication

Built from your drawing. Welded to outlast the vessel.

Complete exhaust systems and the components that fail first — engineered to the vessel instead of pulled from a shelf. Every water-jacketed part is purge welded, in 316L stainless or AL6XN, inspected before it leaves the shop.

The Standard

Water-jacketed parts are always purge welded.

Marine exhaust lives in the hardest environment on any vessel — salt, heat cycling, vibration and condensate acids, all at once. The first thing to go is almost always the weld.

So we purge weld every water-jacketed part — shielding the weld's back side during fabrication to ensure its integrity, in 316L stainless (or AL6XN on request).

What We Build

The systems yachts actually depend on.

The high-value work is the fabrication: complete exhaust runs and the components that fail first, engineered to the vessel instead of pulled from a shelf.

i — Risers & Elbows

Water-cooled risers, engineered to endure.

316L stainless risers with hard-coat insulation, designed for reliability and engine accessibility — the parts that take the most heat, built so the next service is straightforward.

Built from your sample or drawing, modeled in 3D CAD, finished to fit the run you already have.

ii — Complete Systems

Full systems for repowers & new builds.

New engines rarely meet old exhaust. We design and fabricate complete wet-exhaust systems matched to the new powerplant — and travel to consult for repowers and new construction.
